Standard furniture orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks as we use specialized white-glove carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized wood products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
