Return Process

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your item in its original wooden crate or reinforced box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent transit damage.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional white-glove courier to collect the item directly from your residence at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece at our workshop, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
